Traditional Livonian women's festive woollen skirt. Collected by Oskar Loorits on the Livonian Coast in 1924. Finno-Ugric Artefact Collection of the Estonian National Museum. Festive wear from Kurzeme region in Latvia (2nd half of the 19th century).
