Trávníčkovo kvarteto is a Slovak string quartet founded in 1972 at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno by violist Jan Juřík. The ensemble was named in honor of Jiří Trávníček, the late primarius of the Janáček Quartet, under whose guidance its members studied. The quartet gained recognition by performing from memory, following the tradition of their mentors.
