The attribute components of a datacube or dataset allow us to qualify and interpret the observed value(s) or the measure component variables. They enable specification of the units of measure (e.g., euros or dollars, meters), scaling factors, and metadata such as the status of the observation (e.g., estimated, provisional). Equivalent to qb:AttributeProperty in the W3C RDF Data Cube Vocabulary.
