With the IV Seto Leelopäev in Obinitsa, Setomaa celebrated the 130th anniversary of the birth of one of its greatest songwriters, Hilana Taarka. The central event of the party was the opening of the granite monument to the "Mother of Seto Song" in Obinitsa. Well-known leelop choirs performed, and the host and author Vaike Sarv performed.
