A Hungarian folk tale titled The Wolf, the Bear and the Hussar, narrated by Tóth József (aged 82) in the village of Papolc and collected by Mikola József in 1948. The story recounts how a wolf and a bear plot against humankind but are outwitted and beaten by a hussar.
