Изображение было воспроизведено в издании 1869 года с использованием фототипии (коллотипии) — раннего способа фотографской печати, позволявшего переносить оригинальный фотоснимок непосредственно на бумагу в монохромном исполнении.

A képet az 1869-es kiadványban fototípia (kollottípia) eljárással reprodukálták, amely egy korai fotónyomtatási technika, amely az eredeti fényképet közvetlenül papírra vitte át monokróm színben.

Photographic ethnographic documentation taken by A. F. Rittikh during fieldwork in Kazan Governorate, most likely in the summer of 1868. The image was reproduced in the 1869 publication using the phototype (collotype) process, an early photographic printing technique that transferred the original photograph directly onto paper in monochrome.
