A statistical concept representing the highest level of education successfully completed by an individual, usually classified according to the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED 2011). It is a cross-domain concept used to categorize populations by education level, linked to the code list CL_EDUCLEVEL (or Eurostat CL_ISCED11). Equivalent to the SDMX concept EDUCLEV or EDUCLEVEL.
