Summary
This diagram summarises the intended data-to-policy pipeline of the Open Music Europe project, showing how Work Packages WP1–WP6 were designed to contribute sequentially to the creation of the Open Music Observatory. Beginning with governance and metadata foundations in the Data Management Plan (WP6), the workflow proceeds through indicator design (WP1–WP3), reproducible data-collection software and sampling frameworks (WP4, WP1), survey and automated data acquisition, and the harmonisation and curation of all inputs into analysis-ready datasets (WP4). These curated datasets were intended to feed policy-analysis pilots (WP1–WP3) and be disseminated transparently through the Observatory and European infrastructure platforms (WP5).
